Today I stumbled accrost a new link up (I know your shocked but really my life is beyond dull right now and you dont want to read about it everday....but if you do check back in tomorrow to read about how Ryan and I did kidsitting Saturday night) over at A Complete Wast Of Makeup and tought it sounded like fun.  Go check it out and really how cute of a blog name is that?

Sunday Social

How did you come up with your blog name?

Well when I started this blog I was just a few months out of college and living in South Korea teaching English.  I had never really thought about blogging but I had a lot of friends and family members who wanted to keep up with what I was doing, and I kind of liked the idea of being able to keep track of all the things that were going on in my life at the time so I could look back and remember them years later.

I love to travel and for me Korea was just the perfect place to open my eyes up to other cultures and to all the amazing people, places, and things that are outside of America.  Life, Love, And A Suitcase just really seemed to fit my life at the time, and well sadly it doesn't anymore but I don't have the heart to change it because there are still so many places in the world I want to see.

What is your favorite thing about blogging?

My favorite thing about blogging would have to be how I can look back at my life last year and see what was going on and be remained of my feelings and my thoughts.  My blog is my journal about my life, sometimes it is full of excitement and I have a lot to say and other times well I find myself just doing more link up and book reviews when things are slow.

What is one thing you have discovered because of blogging and now cant live without?

I would like to jokingly say Pintrest here because well the blogging world did help pull me in to that one, but honestly it might have to be my Ereader.  When I was in Korea I could find English books in Seoul but it was such a waste to buy them and then not be able to keep them because I didn't want to drag them around with me.  When I asked my parents for a Kindle for Christmas it was honestly the best thing ever.  I could no read from anywhere and I could have tons of book all in one little tiny book.  Even better a lot of the book on my Kindle are the free ones or the ones they run on special.

Facebook or Twitter? and why?

Maybe it is because I refuse to pay for service to use Internet on my phone but I do not use Twitter and I really don't feel like I am missing anything.  Facebook I use mainly for storing photos and keeping up with my little brother and a few old friends.  More and more though I think about just quiting Facebook as I get sick of all my friends bitching about how bad their life is or seeing them all try to one up each other with how much money they make and what not and then you have the game request or the Birthday request that are just crazy.  None of my friends have time to do this that or the other in their life yet I get like 47 game request a day.

If one celeb read your blog who would you want it to be?

Wow I really don't know.  I sadly don't keep up with much of who is on TV or who is in movies....so I guess the fact that I spend most mornings getting ready and watching Kelly it would be cool if she read my blog.  Yea I know I am a total dork don't laugh.  Ryan finds it funny when people are talking about someone famous most of the time I don't have a clue who they are.

What is something you want people to know about your blog?

This is my life, it is not perfect and I would never want it to be.  I don't share everything because I do have bad days and I don't like to be a Debby Downer by getting on and just being "oh the world hates me, my job sucks" and blah blah blah.  I try to be happy and thankful everyday of my life.

Hi! Stopping by from the linkup :) How does your ereader compare to a real book? Sounds like a stupid question, I know, but I really enjoy an actual physical book - sometimes I want a Kindle, but I'm not sure I would actually like it or if it would give me a headache to stare at a screen.

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my blog:) I was also very undecisive on wether or not to change my blog tittle, even more so because I had purchased my own domain. But it really didn't fit me, maybe you could just try changing the tittle (not your url) for a day and see wether or not you like it better. You're right about facebook, hahaha..all the game and other app requests flooding the inbox.
