It's Wednesday and that means it's time to weight in for week 5 of the Summer Blowout Weight Loss Challenge
So last week's weight:
That would be 157.4 and I have no idea why it wont flip like I want it to.
That would put me down 1.8 pounds this week and 5.4 pounds down for the challenge.
So I am still working out, not as much as I should be but more than I was 5 weeks ago. I am still using My Fitness Pal. I am still just kind of enn, I don't know I guess I feel like my get up and go got up and left without me. Being sick last week has pushed me back in my C25K training, but I am back at it. I still haven't added in the other workouts like strength training, or yoga yet. Why not? Well, I guess I am just a little lazy. I am working on the laziness, and I have come a good way in the past few weeks just not as far as I had hoped to. Sadly there is no one to blame but me so I am going to try harder this week.
