Motivation Monday (3)

Ok so I can't even lie and fluff up last week...sure I worked out, sure I watched what I ate but lets be real I could of done so much more.  So lets just skip over what a failure I fell like for not using last week to do more and instead just set this weeks goals as something simple:

And that is all.  Sadly I could post about my goals, my plans to reach those goals and blah blah blah all day but it wont help me lose any weight or get into the shape I want to be in.  Sadly I just have to do it, and I have to stop putting it off because in the mean time I am just wasting time.
