Hey, It's Okay

It is Tuesday! Monday's these days really seem like a whole week in itself thanks to class. Anyways today I am linking up with Amber from Whispering Writer.  I love Tuesday's because it is kind of just like a brain dump and I always have 10000 things I want to post about until Tuesday's come around and then it is like the amazing list I had is just gone, lost forever in...well forgetful land.

Hey It's Okay:

To be a little two in love with this new pretzel bread that mom found at the store.

To have watched 6 straight hours of the Hatfields vs. the McCoys....really thought it sucked me in and it just happened to be a marathon.

To have had a really good list last week but posted about my amazing little brothers birthday instead.

To be shocked (but happy) that anyone reads this little old blog any more

To have a ton of half started projects and many more on my list.

To start with the "Scraps of Korea" project and sadly just find myself missing Korea more than getting stuff done.  Really started this like a month ago and have yet to get anything done it besides take many walks down memory lane.

To still be working on Ryan's birthday gift...really that poor thing is still in 1000 pieces (well ok maybe 10 but really I am months late and feeling kind of like a cruddy girlfriend right now).

To spend more time reading fitness blogs than actually working out.

That my car has been in the shop for over a week now getting the A/C fixed.  It went in last Tuesday and was ready on Wednesday. Ryan went to pick it up Thursday, drove it out of the lot and wham it cuts off and is back in the shop.  They are currently taking it all apart, putting it back together, and trying to figure out what in the world is wrong with it.

To wonder how some people can just always be angry.  I love being happy and am always trying to be happy....really your anger is bringing me down.

To cut this list short to get in some short of a workout before work.

What's okay with you this week? How is your week going?

Have a great Tuesday!

Hey It's Okay

To skip intros just go link up with Whispering Writer for "Hey It's Okay" Tuesday.

To kind of wonder where Monday went...it was here one minute kicking but but and now it is gone...not that I am complaining or anything.

To eat breakfast around 8 and then be ready for lunch come 11......why can't we just eat all day? Everyday? Oh and make it chocolate, salty chips, spicy Thia food, and why not lets even toss in tacos loaded with cheese!!

To have finally finished one of the many books I have started!! I have not finished a book in months!!

To be sad that not only is Desperate Housewives over, but that I missed the finally episode and am now waiting for it to come on Demand. Maybe if I never watch it then it wont ever end......

To really need to rename my blog now that I am back stateside and sadly not travailing like I use to.

To go swimsuit shopping and just really wonder why you didn't push just a little harder at the gym this past winter when you see your white (really white...like ahh I'm blind from looking at them they are so white) thighs. Time to up the Jergens Natural Glow, a good tan makes everything look better!

To wonder if I put Jergens on one leg and something else on the other leg to see if it really does "tan" me if people would think I was crazy....I mean only if it does really tan......

To be enjoying these rainy days that we have had the past few days.  Nothing says chill like a little rain!

To love to start my day with the Today Show followed up by the Golden Girls.  Just like in college!

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone has a great one!

Hey, It's Okay

Happy Tuesday!  I hope everyone has a great one today.  Look on the bright side at least today is not Monday!

As always I am linking up with Whispering Writer for "Hey, It's Okay" to start off my Tuesday.

"Hey, It's Okay":

To get excited about cake day at work. Really thought it only comes once a month and sadly it might be my second favorite thing about my job.

To think parents should be able to punish their kids how they see fit. Why do the media and specialist think they can tell people what is the best for their families. I sometimes think that’s what’s wrong with kids today no one will punish them because they are worried what other people will say.

To save my daily cup of coffee for sometime between two and three. Working till 7 is still messing up my time table.

To wonder how so many grown people have so much drama.

To tip the waiter/waitress well when they do a good job, and to not tip them well when they don't. I use to feel bad about this, I also use to be a waitress and I always busted my butt for what little tips I got. Some of the wait staff today just assume that you are going to give them a five when they never filled up the water, never checked on you, your food was cold, and congress can agree and pass a bill in the time I wait to get my bill and pay. I work hard for what little money I make, I don't just have to give it to you because you waited on me with a piss poor attitude and are rude. If I can't just get someone to hand me a five dollar bill when I don't do my job why should you?

To have just done a little rant.  Sorry

To really hope that Kim wins the Biggest Loser tonight, and that Mike can win the at home prize.  He left week one and looks better than some of the people who were there many weeks after him.

What's ok with you this week?

Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Hey It's Okay

Today is Tuesday! That means that Monday is done and over with and that it is time to link up with Whispering Writer for "Hey It's Okay"

So today it is okay:

To hate the new blogger set up.  How do I make it go back to the old view?

To have loved Six Flags this past Saturday not only for the rides but also for the people watching. You can see some of the best "What were they thinking" moments there.

To like doing laundry, it kind of makes me feel all grown up and responsible to be doing chores. It's the folding and putting away part that I don't like.

To wonder how much more pollen nature can possible have left this spring to "spit" into the air I breath.

To be ready for May. Why? I don't know there are a lot of fun things going on in May but I don't want to wish April away...well I do but I don't. I think my brain is confused and it thinks that summer is vacation time...but well I'm no longer in school so m y brain is going to be sadly confused when I just keep on keeping on all summer.

To be kind of shocked by what happened last week on the Biggest Loser, I mean people quit because they didn't agree with the others getting a chance to come back? I really like Kim and I hope she somehow wins the final; however she is already really skinny and doesn't have that much to lose were as Conda still could lose a good bit of weight. Really how did she (and her brother) make it so far in the show and still manage to keep on so much weight?

To kind of feel out of the loop when people talk about what they are watching on TV. Most of the time I can't ever remember what comes on when and I sadly don't take the time to watch it on demand. I think most weeks I catch Desperate Housewives, Bones, the Today Show, and the Golden Girls on a regular bases. Oh and maybe 1 out of every 4 episodes of the Biggest Loser on demand. What are you watching? Anything good I am missing?

To tell myself every morning "Today I am going to be as happy as a bird with a French fry" and then at lunch I find myself thinking "I think I'm going to need a bigger French fry”.

To really hope the 6 year old little girl who is missing in Arizona is found ok and it's not another case of something bad happing and the parents trying to cover it up.  If you want to read up on it you can here.

To have that be that for the week.

Tuesday, April 17, 2012

Hey, It's Okay

Happy Tuesday! That means Monday is now behind us and we only have 4 more day's till 2 whole free days of freedom!

Hey It's Okay:

To get defensive when you feel other people are  moving in on your babysitting territory...and yes I know I'm 24.

To have gone out with Ryan Sunday night to support one of his friends who was having an event for the K-9 Team only to feel supper old when we left at 9 to head home......I might of stayed longer had there been puppies there.

To think the whole "Desperate brides try feeding tube diet" crazy (if you can even call it that...) is a little more than nutty.  Don't know what I am talking about? Check it out here.  I mean I have been known to be lazy and all but I would much rather spend that money on a personal trainer so that in the long run I can keep the weight off...not just lose it for a few days.  Even more so who wants to walk around with in their nose? I mean other people can see you....and I like food to much for that whole mess.

To feel the need to tell you that if you are having a baby, just had a baby, know of anyone who is having/had a baby, so on and so forth you need to check out the cute blankets that Steph's from Watching Airplanes mom makes.  I am not quite at the "baby stage" of my life yet; however I know there are plenty of other people who are.

To already be ready for the weekend to get here and to still be wondering where last weekend went.

To really hope the crazy weather in the Midwest calms down soon.  I know that tornadoes can't be any fun and I hope everyone who does live in that area is safe.

To....hum....seems I have forgotten whatever I was going to say next......so I guess it's ok to just end this here and get ready for work!

Hope everyone had a good Monday and that Tuesday goes by quickly without any bumps!

Feel free to head over to Whispering Writer and link up and share what's ok for you today.

Tuesday, April 10, 2012

Hey, It's Okay

I have always known that Tuesdays were not as dreadful as Mondays, but I am slowly learning that they are just a tiny smidgen better than Mondays and not nearly as great as Thursdays as far as "days out from the weekend go".  Anyways it is Tuesdays again....really? I swear we were just here.

Hey, It's Okay:

To still be smiling from the past weekend! It was great! There was great food, great company, great weather, great Church service (even a butter fly releasing...if that is what you would call it) and just nice and relaxing.

To think it was super cute when one of the little boys yelled out "Bunny" when asked "What is the most important part of Easter" during story time.  I mean I know the answer is Jesus but really he was such a cute little boy.

To love the weather outside (right now...because the weather is back in the 70's) so much that I am willing to suffer the evil wrath of pollen for a few minutes outside at lunch.

To have pigged out just a little bit this past weekend. It was a Holiday that is what people do right?

To be one of those people who prefer a super busy day at work over a slow one.  Call me crazy cut slow days just crawl!

To have caught up on Dance Mom's over the weekend.  I am super happy for Chloe on her 1st place win, and on her scholarship to the summer dance program.  She deserves to win, and she deserves for Abby to be proud of her.  However sadly that didn't happen, Abby was to busy having a melt down because she lost, and because perfect little Maddie failed.  I mean Cloe didn't even get a chance to enjoy either of her accomplishments because everyone was too worried about Maddie.  Ahh anyways I could go on and on about that topic.

To be skipping the whole Dance Mom's Miami thing....it just looks umm a little too....I don't know over the top. And well really I might be skipping the whole "reality TV" thing for a bit.

To have bought some 1/2 of Easter candy on Sunday.  They really knew what they were doing when they put those carts with big 1/2 off signs right next to the check out.

Ok well that it for the day.  I am liking up with Whispering Writer so head on over there if you want to join in.

Tuesday, April 3, 2012

Hey It's Okay

Hey it's okay,

To just skip the whole intro thing, just go link up with Whispering Writer if you would like to join in.

To have a few long bullets this week.

To really not agree with the fact that people at work are trying to sell things for fundraisers. I agree with fundraisers, I think they are a great thing when done in the right time and place. I know there are many organizations out there that do great things and depend on donations to stay up and running. I also love to give what little I can to different organizations, like Toys for Tots, or the American Heart Foundation, or the March of Dimes, this year I want to give to a charity that works with pancreatic cancer. I made it a goal to give more this year to different things that have touched my life personally. Having said that I don't think it is right to approach people at work and ask them to buy this or that to support this or that. And then when someone says no to try to guilt them into giving, and then to say things like "oh sorry I am not trying to guilt you just point out". So yea short rant but my point is there are many great ways to give back, but don't push me to give back. You don't know what my financial situation is, or what I am already giving. Work is a place that I more or less have to be, and please don't push me to be that b*tch that has to say no in a way that you finally understand after trying to be polite.

To be maybe just a little over excited that I started to clean out my clothes this past weekend, and packed up all my winter cloths and got somewhat organized.

To really not be loving the fact that it was 89 degrees yesterday. I know I live in SC but really it is only April.  I am looking forward to a nice cool 79 degrees today...should be a nice change.

To be loving these storms that we are getting in the afternoon, but to often be wonder where all the rain is that goes with all the dark clouds and noise.

To smile most days when it storms because I remember how when I was a little kid I always thought the thunder was the angels bowling.

To be sad because it is spring break week for the local schools and I always use to spend my spring breaks with my grandparents camping and well now they are both gone so I no longer get to have spring break with them (even if I am now out of school). I remember one of the last things I said to my grandmother as I hugged her good buy and bawled my eyes out was "but grandma who am I going to spend spring break with now" (yes I am been crying as I type that) only to have her say "now I can be with you ever day and not just on spring break". Today as I was walking with mom I couldn't help but think that this is the first spring break that my grandparents get to spend together in Heaven, and I know it is a great one (yes I am smiling as I think about them in their dream camper up in the most beautiful campground ever).

To like The Big Bang Theory but only find it funny maybe 50% of the time.

To tell Ryan things like "You are the bubbles to my Dr. Pepper" and "Your love tickles my heart like the soda bubbles tickle your nose" I may of been on a soda kick but I just don't feel butterflies (or if I do they are lazy) but I do feel bubbles, nice fuzzy, warm, make you smile from ear to ear bubbles.  I some time think Ryan is kind of like "umm ok  baby thanks, I love you too".  Poor boy I really don't know what I would say to that either, I mean it is quite hard to top!

To think those "Reborn" baby dolls that look like real babies are a whole new level of creepy (and no I don't really like wax museums either).  If you don't know what I am talking about check out this from the Today Show http://video.today.msnbc.msn.com/today/46924528. Please feel free to share your thoughts.  And I know everyone can't have kids, this isn't about that.

To have that be the list of what's okay this week and to be heading off to study some before work, clean up my room a little, and go for a walk with mom.

Hope you are having a good week!

Hey It's Okay

Well as we all know it is Tuesday so I will just skip the intro and just get to the point to save us all time. Today I am linking up with Whispering Writer  and doing a Hey It's Okay:

To always think that I need to learn to Ball Room dance after watching Dancing With The Stars.

To be 24 and have spent most of my weekend babysitting....hey money is money and the family I sit for has amazing kids.

To have literally no clue about the “Hunger Games" and to really not be too upset about that.

To have to disagree with whoever thought it was a good idea to give Tin Tin a gun. I mean I am pro guns and all but people this is a kids movie.  Who knows though maybe that is typical I don’t watch many kids movies these days I just know when I was a kid they didn’t have guns….well ok maybe the butler in Richie Rich did.

To have the best mom in the world.  Check out this cute flower arrangement she made me.
 Photo is loading

To be slowly eating the jelly beans out of the above flower arrangement.

To be typing this in my pj's and watching the Today Show at 8:40 on a Tuesday morning because I now don't go into work until 10:30.

And a "Hey It's Okay" from dad: To eat Greek yogurt and pretend it is ice cream.

Hope your having a great week.

Tuesday, March 20, 2012

Hey It's Okay

Well as we all know it is Tuesday so I will just skip the intro and just get to the point to save us all time.  Today I am linking up with Whispering Writer and doing a Hey It's Okay:

To just pain over the old paint when you paint your toe nails...really it is just such a pain to take off the old pain.

To be sad that as of last night Pretty Little Liars is over for the season, and um spoiler for those of you who haven't watched it yet but who would of ever guessed that Mona is A? I mean I sort of kind of thought it a few times, she was always around but not around but then she knew things and was too sweet to be a killer. Well look what that goes to show you, sweet people can be crazy killers.

To have done almost nothing on my "to do" list from this past weekend, but really it was just way to nice outside to be stuck inside.

To have yet to watch any March Madness games.

To have skipped the whole St. Patrick's day festivities and instead just chilled out with a Leprechaun movie marathon.

To be shocked that they really killed off Mike on Desperate Housewives. My Sunday's will be just a little less entertaining when this show wraps up in 5 episodes.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

Tuesday, March 6, 2012

Hey It's Okay

It's Tuesday meaning I made it though Monday (well I hope I won't lie I am typeing this on Sunday night) and am well on my way into the week! So yea for that!  Anyways lets just jump in to Hey It's Okay!

Hey It's Okay:

To have really liked the Lorax but found the kids to be a little annoying, and yes I know that I was at a kids movie but still.

To have not worked out in over a week.

To be reading a book called "The Diary of A Mad Fat Girl" and to think it is quite funny.

To eat a chicken salad sandwich everyday for lunch last week except for Friday when I mixed it up with a peanut butter and banana but only because I was out of chicken salad.

To be super excited that my mom just made a fresh batch of chicken salad for my lunch this week.  Really one of the great perks of living at home is my mom is an amazing cook.

To think that it is sad that a 17 year old walked in to a school in Ohio and shot 5 people who he didn't even know.  3 people are now dead and he doesn't even seem to be sorry.

To not watch the news because of the above.

To be ready for spring.  The flowers all seem to be blooming around here so now all I need is the weather to catch up and then stay at a nice temperature.

To know that it is March and I have yet to do any sort of blog for my New Year's Resolutions for the month of February but have everything uploaded to the computer ready to go...and yet I still don't seem to care to do it.

To just hope everything in here is spelled right and flows...really I just don't feel like checking it this morning.

What's okay with you this week? Head on over to Airing My Dirty Laundry One Sock At A Time and share!

Tuesday, February 28, 2012

Hey It's Okay

Ok this week is just crazy lets just skip the whole opening part of the blog and just get to the point.

Hey It's Okay:

-To convince yourself sushi is healthy for you so you don't feel bad eating it

-To have watched 3 kids movies over the weekend.  Puss In Boots, Aladdin and the Lion King

-To be sad that the Lion King is coming to town in June and all the good seat are pretty much taken unless I go on a week night.  Really I am like an old lady I like to be in my PJ's by 8 and bed by 10.

-To have skipped the whole Oscar's thing

-To think people who are trying to light cigarettes as just as bad as people on the phone.

-To be overly excited that I finally organized my jewelry, make up, and other random bathroom/junk draw stuff.

-To be a little worried that I am not going too finish Ryan's birthday gift in time, where in the world did all the time go?

-To maybe on accident of already given Ryan his back up gift...ok it wasn't an accident I messed it up at work and he came in right as I was about to cry and chuck it in the trash can.  He was so sweet, he loved it even thought it's all messed up.

-To be slightly upset that I got a hair cut and no one even seem to notice.  I mean I know it was only an inch but I also got my layers fixed and some framing around my face....umm how can you not notice? Psh..men.

-To must be doing something really wrong when I do the whole sock bun curly hair thing that everyone says is so simple and works so well.  For me it is not simple and always ends up a huge mess and I always wake up excited to see my cute perfectly curly hair and then bam it is all but.

What are you ok with this week? Head on over to Whispering Writer and link up!

Hope your having a great week!

Tuesday, February 21, 2012

Hey It's Okay

So that crazy week that I talked about (ok mentioned) last week did turn out to be good and full of amazingness!  Anyways all that amazingness has led to more crazyness and I am in hard core get your life together mood for some changes that are coming soon! As I work on some of the many drafts I have I wanted to go ahead and get my Hey It's Okay out of the way for the day so that I don't forget.

Hey It's Okay:

-To hate high pitch voices, really now you can't help that sharp screeching noise at all?  Ok well fair enough but do you have to be so loud?

-To love going to Costco just to walk/look around.

-To brag to people about your little brother every chance you get! Umm hello he has an internship with BMW in Germany just in case you some how missed my bragging.

-To think people who feel the need to walk through stores with their phone blaring music are self centered and in major need of ear plugs.

-To be more than a little excited about starting a full time big girl job next week!

-To be a little sad that this new big girl job means that I won't be working at the mall any more.  I mean I have been there for like 5 years.

-To be in love with these two photos from Pinterest.com

Happy Tuesday everyone, hope the rest of your week is a great one! Last week seemed like it was a whole month but I have the feeling that this week is going to fly by thanks to that "To Do" list I have been putting off.

If you want to link up go check out Whispering Writer and her blog Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

Tuesday, February 14, 2012

Hey It's Okay

This week has already been crazy (but in hopefully what turns out to be a good way) and it is only Tuesday.  However it being Tuesday and all, and well seeing as how I haven't really blogged and actually posted anything I have started to write in oh a week, I thought I would link up with Whispering Writer for "Hey It's Okay".  So lets see what is jumping around in my head today:

Hey It's Okay

-That today is Valentine’s Day so Ryan and I exchanged gifts, hugged, kissed said I love you and went our separate ways because we both have shit to do.

-That Ryan and I are both happy said gifts were not candy....really who want's to work their butt of at the gym just to eat some candy (that most of the time you don't even really like) just to have to go work twice as hard tomorrow?

-That I know Whitney Houston was a huge icon, and I like some of her songs, and it is sad that she died.  But I just don't understand how people are flipping out, crying, writing poems all over Facebook and just making this way too big of a thing. There are people who die every day, there are men and women out there fighting for your freedom who die every day that don't get this kind of attention.

-To be shocked that today is already February 14th....I really need to get going on Ryan's birthday gift.

-To have skipped the gym a few days last week, things have been kind of crazy over here lately.

-To have my fingers and toes crossed for so many things right now.

- To be super sad that after today we are back to only being allowed to wear black, white, and gray at work.  Really colors do just brigthen my day.

-To still be really behind on my reading, photo taking, and other New Year's Goals.

-To have not watched the Grammys and really don't care who did what or wore what.

Tuesday, February 7, 2012

Hey It's Okay

So you know you need a job when Tuesday almost comes and goes and you don't even realize it that it is Tuesday.   Yea the days just kind of blend together when I don't have to be at work.  Anyways it is in fact Tuesday and that means that it's time for Hey It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

So Hey It's Okay:

-To love naps maybe just a little too much sometimes.

-To be 24 and watching Pretty Little Liars

-To have always wanted a pet pig but thanks to Geico I REALLY want one now.

-To have a few post about movies, hiking, the Super Bowl and what not just chilling in my drafts.

-To have been eating so good lately....until the past few days.  Why does "bad" food have to taste so good?  However I hate the way it makes me feel the next day, all sluggish, lazy, and well just blah. Darn it why can't cheese be like broccoli?

- To sometimes just cry, hey I blame it on the whole femail hormaonal thing.

-To not feel verymuch like an adult at the age of 24.  What does an adult feel like anyways?

Hey It's Ok

It's Tuesday again and that means it's time for Hey It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

Hey It's Ok:

To wonder why people bother putting on makeup and doing their hair just to go out in their PJ's.

To have added a super cute new pair of shoes to my already crazy collection of shoes.

To have to force yourself to go to the gym five days a week and to maybe use the adds for my "600 Pound Life" as motivation to go to the gym.

To wonder how so many people have time to "just be looking" in the middle of the day.

To almost aways answer Ryan's questions with a question.

To wonder where the month of January went.

To be going hiking today because it is 68 degrees down here in the south!

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

Hey It's Okay

It's Tuesday again and that means that the weekend is behind us, the week is upon us. It also means it's time for Hey It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

Hey It's Ok:

To really not think it matters who the next president is. I am Republican but I really doubt whoever it is is just going to magically give me a job, however change would be nice sould it would be great if we could get our current president out of office.

To wonder how some people just up and quit a job in this economy.

To like the Jersey Shore on MTV but really wonder what is up with this whole Jersey crazy

To be happy with most of my new Years goals/resolutions but to sadly be slipping on some.
To need the weather to figure out if it wants to be cold or hot. I wanted winter to come but now I am just ready for it to pick one or the other

To be excited to eat Cheetos for the first time in over a year only to have them not agree with me.

To sometimes enjoy working at the mall for the pure fact that people watching in this town is amazing some days.

To be happy the sun is out today after all the days of rain we have had lately.

Tuesday, January 17, 2012

Hey It's Okay

It's Tuesday again and that means that the weekend is behind us, the week is upon us, and I some how yet again missed posting on Monday one of my favorite blogs "Meaningful Monday". On the other hand it also means that I didn't miss Hey It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

To miss reading but still not do it...the Help has me caught up right now.

To wonder why people just look at me with a blank look when I tell them their total at work...it's like they think if they just keep looking at me their total wont be so much.

To be excited that I have finally started working on Ryan's birthday gift.

To know I have enough clothes but still miss shopping.

To be happy to have my car back but kind of miss the super comfy rental.

To be craving a good hike...but really it is only January...

To not understand why in the world we need so many apps? What did people do before they had apps?

To laugh at my dog when she gets a little confused, last night I let her out to pee and she went down to try to get the paper.

To be just a little happy to get the wear pink and red to work.

To have been pinning stuff like crazy on Pinterest.com

To say no to drugs but yes to red wine.

Hey It's Okay

It's Tuesday again and that means that the weekend is behind us, the week is upon us, and I some how yet again missed posting on Monday one of my favorite blogs "Meaningful Monday". On the other hand it also means that I didn't miss Hey It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

Hey It's Okay:

To have just mailed off some Christmas gifts to Korea and Germany.

To love junk food no matter how bad it is for me, sometimes you just need a pig out day.

To wonder if I am ever going to find a full time job.

To know I have more than enough cloths but still kind of miss shopping.

To be super happy that I found a whole in my handbag and in that hole was the ring I thought I lost.

To kind of hope the shop takes a little longer on my car because my rental is super comfy to drive.

To kind of want to see Beauty and The Beast in 3D.  It is the first movie I remember seeing in theater with my dad when I was little and I have always loved it...so fingers crossed either my dad or Ryan will take me.

To wish for some nice cold days with snow...this whole 67 degrees thing in January is kind of screwy.

Hey It's Okay:
-To be happy about dropping my car off today to get fixed!  I really does look quite sad and pitiful.

- To maybe be slightly addicted to Toddlers in Tiaras, yet at the same time feel like it is almost child abuse.  The moms are always saying how much their kids LOVE to do pageants yet then on the show all the do is yell and do everything but want to get ready for the pageant.  Really though tanning a 2 year old?

-To cry (just a little not like bawling out of control sobbing) watching Say Yes To The Dress when I don't even know any of the people on the show.  Really bride shows make me all mushy.

-To have not finished any books the whole month of December.  I am currently in the middle of reading The Help and something call Chili Con Corpses that was free and pretty good so far.

-To be extremely proud of my little brother who took off for Germany for an internship with BMW and a semester at a German University.

-To be sort of kind of missing the adventure of life in Korea.

-To be sort of kind of excited that in the next few days Hardcore Pawn, Desperate Housewives, and the Jersey Shore all come back on.  Really I don't watch that much TV I just have a few shows that I DVR or watch...only having a part time jobs means you have to be creative with date nights.

-To find most of my prayers to God be about finding some sort of full time job, because really being 24 and living at home is not my dream/goal in life even if my parents are super cool and mad cooks.

-To LOVE Redbox and not see the point in going to the movies anymore.

-To spend all your time trying to put together books on Walgreens.com because they are having a buy one get two free book deal until Wednesday.

-To hate that these books always take so long, that I am never sure they are just how I want them,  and that I worry that I am leaving out some great photos because really putting them all in is sometimes not an option.

-To have a todo list that might be a little bit much to chew this week just becuase I really want to jump start my goals for the new year and just get some projects I have had laying around my room done.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

Hey It's Okay

It's Tuesday and that means it is time for Hey, It's Okay Tuesday with Whispering Writer over at Airing My Dirty Laundry, One Sock At A Time.

Hey It's Okay...

To have just about skipped a whole moths of "Hey It's Okay".

To still be wondering how Christmas came and went so fast.

To not be ready to take down my Christmas tree.

To be already trying to think of cool places to spend Christmas next year...maybe a beach? Maybe a beach bar? Maybe if I get a better job!

To miss blogging but really just not be "in the mood" to blog...if that makes any sense at all, I mean if I miss it I should be in the mood.  I think I am just out of the swing of things.

To really need to catch up on life but it's really yucky and rainy today, so instead I might slack off on my day off and just read, do some wash, and sleep.

To really want a new job, you know maybe one that isn't minimum wage, and has some sort of career path attached to it.
To wonder why people gather up all their gifts and take a 100 photos of them to post on facebook? I am very thankful for everything I got but really now.

To be super excited that Ryan got me a new camera and taking pictures of everything as I try to figure out how to use it.  My parents got me my first digital camera for my 18th Birthday, then when Ryan and I went to Jamaica he bought a used one off a friend who needed some cash...I think that was about 4 years ago now? Anyways so I have been using it and well he thought it was time for an upgrade, and now I am trying to figure out how to use it (you know beyond just point and click) because I am not really a photography person, just a picture person.

To have just gone on a little ramble that probably makes no sense to anyone but me.

To most likely be using this next week to catch up on all of the Christmas movies I didn't get to watch because I was either at work or sleeping.

To have a brain that is just not working because it is over loaded with all the things I need to do, projects I want to start, and random other things dancing around.
